The York Disability Rights Forum (YDRF) AGM is a chance to come together as a community, reflect on progress over the past year, hear from guest speaker Anna Bramwell-Dicks from the University of York, and help shape what comes next for disabled-led change in York.

Whether you are a member, ally, supporter, or simply curious about getting involved, you are very welcome.

The Forum is strengthened by the people who take part. Your lived experience, ideas, skills, creativity and support all help shape our work and future priorities.

You do not need any previous experience of AGMs to attend.

Why Attend?

The AGM is an opportunity to:

  • Connect with other disabled people, allies and supporters
  • Hear about YDRF’s work and achievements over the past year
  • Share your experiences, ideas and perspectives
  • Help shape future campaigns and priorities
  • Learn more about disability rights issues in York
